Set an Intention for the Day
Before the day gets busy, before you check your phone, take a few deep breaths and connect to your intuition. Ask yourself: How might I feel more connected and fulfilled? Perhaps that means going for a walk, reading your current favorite book, texting a friend, or starting a new creative project. Set this as your intention for the day and take action. Text that friend, pick up your knitting needles, breathe in fresh air on a stroll in the park. You are worthy, and you get to choose the purpose for your day.
